Members attend a series of interactive workshops, based on a complete 5-module curriculum, developed by internationally renowned board experts and specifically designed to equip executives with the skillset required to become qualified, competent and confident board members. Workshops are carried out by industry leaders, lawyers, professors, experienced board members and subject-matter experts.
Members participate in Board Meeting Simulations, led by experienced CEOs and board members, in which they act as a board of directors, based on real life case-studies developed by renowned business schools. Multi-lens and cross-functional approaches to decision making are explored and participants learn how to collaborate with people who have different backgrounds and agendas.

Peer-To-Peer Learning
Each member is assigned to a group of 8-10 women (Inner Circle), who meets monthly to work through challenges and real-life business situations, facilitated by an executive coach.
Inner Circles are designed to include members at the same professional level, so they can provide counsel for one another, but across a variety of different industries and backgrounds, so that they can offer fresh perspectives. Each group serves as a “personal board of directors”..
The purpose of the peer advisory group program is to create an open place for support, reflection, and awareness building, while developing leadership skills essential for board members. Through these sessions, the members forge deep connection, camaraderie, and support, while working through their biggest personal and professional challenges.
Strategic Networking
Members network with career contemporaries from across companies, industries and roles, forging deep and meaningful connections that last a lifetime. Through our close network of CEOs, experienced board members, recruiters, and PE/VC firms, our members have access to exclusive Board and ExCo opportunities.
Male supporters are an integral part of the Boardroom community, providing access to top decision-makers and fostering a culture of inclusion in the business world. Members have access to exclusive speaking events, roundtable dinners, CEO breakfasts, and panel discussions with top decision makers and thought leaders, creating a diverse network of top executives, men and women, globally.
To ensure an impactful peer-to-peer learning and networking experience, the Boardroom is an invite/referral-only membership club and members must be nominated, vetted and approved by the Global Admissions Committee.

THE CLUBHOUSES
All activities of the Boardroom take place in-person at our member-exclusive Private Clubhouses, as we believe that face-to-face interaction helps our members hone the trust, solidarity and confidentiality that make the Boardroom relationships so uniquely valuable. The Boardroom has Private Clubhouses in Zurich, Athens, London, and Paris.
